Our Impact

Young Debs Inc. measures success through both quantitative and qualitative outcomes.

Key performance indicators include:

 

**Student retention (over 80% annually), academic achievement (100% of seniors have graduated high school since our founding), service learning hours completed (over 1,500 annually), and scholarship funds awarded ($3,000+ at our 2025 Lavender Gala).

 

** We also track participation in youth workshops, mentorship hours, and performing arts engagement.

 

Beyond outputs, we measure growth in leadership, self-confidence, and cultural awareness through pre- and post-program surveys, mentor feedback, and parent testimonials.

 

Our longitudinal model—following students from grade 3 through graduation—allows us to document developmental milestones, academic success, and long-term engagement. Impact highlights include: 50% of students returning year-to-year, all students participating in summer enrichment programs, and several alumni moving into college or career pathways with confidence and leadership skills.
