In the heart of the vibrant Baltimore metropolitan area, an incredible journey began in 2002 when Addie C. Ruffin, MS, and April R. Ruffin, MD, had a vision for a brighter future. Together, they founded The Young Debs Inc, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to molding respectful, ethical, and hardworking students who would be prepared to overcome life's challenges.
