Young Debs Inc, serving the Baltimore Metro area since 2002, is more than a nonprofit. We're a team of six dedicated members, shaping the future of students aged 8-18. Our programs offer more than education; they instill self-respect, pride, and confidence. From cultural events and etiquette classes to scholarships and tutoring, we provide a holistic approach to development. And our results speak for themselves: 100% high school graduation rate and alumni who are entrepreneurs and scholarship recipients.

We invite all high school juniors and seniors to apply for the Lavender Debutante Mentorship and Scholarship Program. This program offers mentorship, career and college readiness, and scholarship opportunities to support student success. BIPOC students are strongly encouraged to apply. Limited space available. Registration closes January 16, 2025 for the 2024-2025 season.

Our mission is to establish a community for our students capable of helping them realize their potential and shape a brighter future by exposing them to various cultural activities and providing them with access to a mentor who supports their academic, social, and emotional growth.
AIMS & OBJECTIVES
Our goal is to mold respectful, ethical, hardworking students who will be prepared to face life challenges. Our objectives are:
To provide mentoring, tutoring and life skills for students ages 8-18
To provide positive outlets for youth
To introduce youth to the performing and visual arts and expose them to positive cultural experiences
To provide academic scholarships for our students
